Our story
We were founded in the UK in 2021 to help commerce teams get more out of the channels their customers actually use.
Customers today live across four apps at once — an Instagram DM here, a WhatsApp reply there, a web-chat question on the storefront, a Messenger thread from a comment. And a merchant's answers live in three places that don't talk to each other: a catalogue in Shopify, a policy folder full of PDFs, and one employee's chat history. Nothing joins up. The answer isn't more headcount and more per-channel bots — it's one agent, one brain, every channel.
Trabot.ai is that agent. We build for merchants who want every conversation to feel like the best salesperson in their store — grounded on their real website and their real documents, acting correctly on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat. We are a small, focused team and we keep the product opinionated on purpose.
