User Data Deletion Callback

Introduction

According to Meta and Facebook Platform rules, we provide Website User Data Deletion Callback Instructions. If you want to delete your activity or data from the Trabot.ai App, you can follow these simple instructions.

Instruction 1: From Your Dashboard (Recommended)

1. Log in to your Trabot.ai Dashboard.
2. Go to the Settings or Clients tab.
3. Select the workspace you wish to wipe.
4. Click the "Cleanup/Delete Workspace" button. This will instantly delete all logs, tickets, and OpenAI memory associated with that account from our servers.

Instruction 2: Manual Request

Contact our privacy compliance officer directly at privacy@trabot.ai with your account details.
Requests are typically processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

What Data is Removed?

• WhatsApp Business API configurations (Phone ID, Access Tokens).
• Inbound and outbound message history.
• Customer CRM data collected via Trabot.ai steps.
• AI Conversation Memories and summaries.
