Trabot.ai collects and processes data necessary to provide AI-driven messaging services via WhatsApp. This includes your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) credentials, phone numbers, and incoming message logs.
Messages are processed by our secure server and, when necessary, sent to OpenAI for response generation. We utilize a "Rolling Memory" strategy to optimize token consumption. Your data is never used to train global AI models without your express consent.
We implement industry-standard encryption and LRU caching (Least Recently Used) to minimize disk exposure and maximize data security. Client configurations are securely isolated in our multi-tenant architecture.
