Data Deletion

Trabot.ai is a product of Growth15 Ltd. This page explains how to delete personal data associated with the Trabot service, whether you're a merchant using the app or a customer who received a message from a merchant's Trabot-powered WhatsApp number.

The fastest path to full deletion:

1. Open your Shopify admin and go to Apps.
2. Select Trabot and click Uninstall.
3. Shopify fires the app/uninstalled webhook to Trabot. We schedule permanent deletion of all data belonging to your shop, including conversations, AI processing logs, and cached catalogue records.
4. Deletion completes within 48 hours of the uninstall webhook.

If you subscribed outside Shopify, or want your account deleted without uninstalling, email support@trabot.ai from the address associated with your account.

If you received a message from a business using Trabot and you'd like your data deleted, contact that business first — under data-protection law they are the controller of your data.

You can also email us at support@trabot.ai. Include the business name and the WhatsApp number the message came from so we can locate and delete your records within the statutory response window.

• Shopify uninstall deletion: within 48 hours.
• Direct merchant deletion request: within 30 days.
• End-customer deletion request: within 30 days.

We confirm completion by email to the requesting address.

We may retain a minimal set of records where we have a legal obligation to do so (for example, invoices for tax purposes) or where retention is necessary to defend a legal claim. Retained records are kept in restricted storage and are not used to power the Service.
